Refund Policy

We want everyone to love the style of their space and understand that sometimes customers change their minds. For orders placed on Armersmartboard.com, the following return policies apply.

Return

1). Our returns policy covers 60 days. If 60 days have passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2). Please email business@armerboard.com first to get your exact return information first.
3). All items must be returned as new in their original packaging, including all accessories and cables. Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by Retrolife. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will be refused and returned to the sender.
4). Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is refunded. To set up a return for a refund please contact business@armerboard.com or fill out a support request form.
5). Please be sure to include your order number and reason for your return when submitting your request

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at business@armerboard.com

Refund

You will receive an email once your return shipment has been received by us. We will refund your order within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.
