What cameras and microphones work with Armer?
There is no version requirement for the external cameras and microphones, as long as the product itself has a USB interface, it can be connected.

What's the difference between interactive whiteboard and traditional electronic whiteboard？

We generally recommend the corresponding size according to the size of the conference room. 55 inches is suitable for conference rooms of 8-15 square meters and meetings of less than 15 people.
Is the screen clear?

I have purchased your Armer board, when will the product be shipped?
The product will be shipped within 1-2 working days after you place an order successfully, once we ship it out, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact us at business@armerboard.com and we can assist you with the next steps.
What do I do if I received a defective product?
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
Does Armer offer shipping within the US?
Shipping is free within the continental U.S. Depending on where you live, shipping can take anywhere within 3 to 8 business days.
Is there a guarantee after sale?
2 years warranty. If it is a product quality problem, the seller will bear the freight wheather you choose to return or exchange.
What is the return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Any items returns should be submitted within 60-days of delivery. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

How to download EShare program on computer?
●Input eshare.app in the browser and download it in Eshare Download.

The computer cannot download the EShare program?
Clicking the corresponding download path does not pop up the download link
●The system program automatically intercepts and downloads, removes the interception, or downloads the corresponding version of the program on other computers and sends it or copies it to the computer that needs to be installed.
Can’t find the name of the conference tablet device on the mobile phone or computer in the same LAN when casting the screen?
●Check whether the network and bluetooth--wireless hotspot is turned on in the settings.
Can't connect to the device when Android and Apple mobile phone screen mirroring?
●Try restarting the app and repeat the connection steps
●Check the network settings of your phone and tablet to make sure they are on the same network
PC computer screen projection, encountered a security warning when enabling the wireless projection function
