Refund policy

Armer Boards

If you purchased a Armer board(s) directly from Armer, you can request a return within the first 60 days after you have received delivery of your product. However, you need to pay the return delivery fee (The cost depends on what logistics provider you choose). For Amazon purchases, please contact Amazon’s after-sale email amazon-support@armerboard.com. If it is past the 60 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we CANNOT offer you a refund or exchange.

Please keep all original packaging in case you need to do a return. The product must not be damaged and must be shipped back to the nearest return location for your country with all the included accessories and original packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. (Please contact customer service directly, and they will provide instructions based on the actual situation and direct you to the appropriate warehouse).

Armer will need to inspect the product before we can issue a refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will also apply. This fee covers the cost of reprocessing and restocking the item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

We also accept return items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after we receive your item and find it eligible for a return.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than 5 days since we processed your refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at business@armerboard.com.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 business days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

If you would like to exchange your Armer product for the same item, please indicate that you need a replacement item when contacting us via email business@armerboard.com, and be sure to confirm your shipping address. Armer will replace your damaged item with a brand new replacement and will cover the shipping both ways.

All shipping damages or missing items must be reported within 7 business days upon the receipt of the product. Armer is not responsible for shipping damages reported after such period.

Shipping

Upon review of your return or exchange request, Armer will provide a shipping label for you to return the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable.
