What should I do if I cannot use the mobile network when using the mobile screen transfer assistant to transfer the screen?
1.The mobile screen transfer assistant uses Wi-Fi for data transmission, and it is currently not possible to use the mobile network when transferring screens;

File Transfer from other devices to Armer Board
- Send pictures and videos from my iPhone/iPad/Computers to Armer Board
Since our devices run Android 12 Operating System, here are some ways to send pictures/videos from your iPhone/iPad/computer to your Armer Board:
- Use Google Photos/Google Drive/other cloud storage services
- Use a file transfer app
- Install the AirDroid app on both your iPhone and Armer Board.
- Use the AirDroid app to wirelessly transfer files, including photos, between devices.
- Use other third-party apps like Send Anywhere, SHAREit, Zapya, and Xender to transfer photos and videos without compromising quality.
- Use a cable
- Use a Lightning to USB-C/USB-A cable to connect the Armer Board to your iPhone.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select what to copy over.
- Use Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber, etc.
- Use email attachments
Transfer files from other smart devices to Armer Board
Since Armer Board run Android 12 Operating System, here are some ways to transfer your files from other devices.
Transfer from another Android device:
Bluetooth
Enable Bluetooth on both devices, pair them, and then select the files to transfer. Next, tap the Share button, select Bluetooth, and choose the receiving device.
Cloud storage
Upload files to a cloud storage service, like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive, from one device and then download them on the other.
Google Drive backup
Go to Settings > Google > Backup > Back up now to back up app data, call history, contacts, settings, photos, text messages, and videos.
Smart Switch
Make sure Smart Switch is on for both devices. Then, open Accounts and backup on the new device, tap Receive data, and select Galaxy/Android. Finally, select Wireless or Cable depending on the method to use.
Nearby Share
Open the content, like a photo or webpage, and tap Share. Then, tap Nearby and hold the devices close together. Under "Looking for nearby devices," tap the device to share with. Finally, tap Done after the content has been sent.
USB or Wi-Fi
Make sure Smart Switch is on for both devices. Then, open Accounts and backup on the new device, tap Receive data, and select Galaxy/Android. Finally, select Wireless or Cable depending on the method to use.
- Transfer from non-Android devices:
Windows Device
On your Windows computer, open the Nearby Share for Windows app .
Select the file you want to share. ...
Drag the file into the app window.
Select the device you want to share your file with. ...
Select Share.
Once the receiver confirms the share, your file is sent.
Apple Device
1. Use Google Drive/other cloud storage services
2. Use a file transfer app
Install the AirDroid app on both your Apple device and Armer Board.
Use the AirDroid app to wirelessly transfer files, including photos, between devices.

What to do if Armer Board cannot activate Windows system？
Option 1:
First you save the activation tool to the smart board, use a USB flash drive or other.
Then open the activation tool.
Select the first option to enable (the second option is the default) and click OK.
Return to the Windows activation interface---change the key (a pop-up window will pop up asking to enter the key, ignore it).
Open the activation tool again and select the second option.
Windows is now activated.
