For instance, if you work on the couch, you might be tempted to watch TV or take a nap instead of completing work-related tasks. Having a designated workspace signals to your brain that the time spent there is solely for work.

2.Maintain a Consistent Routine:

Sticking to a regular routine provides structure to your day and ensures you stay focused on tasks. Consider creating an hourly schedule and a prioritized list of daily responsibilities. Sharing this schedule with your team helps them know when you're available for virtual or phone meetings.

It's important to schedule tasks around the times when you're most productive during the day, whether it's in the morning, afternoon, or evening.
